About Ekvalita

Ekvalita was founded in 2008 and comprises Petra Nysten, Sofia Lindqvist, and Malin Gustavsson. We have worked with gender equality in both theory and practice for more than 10 years in organisations, in society and on the grassroots level. Our work is deeply rooted in research.  At Ekvalita, we have extensive experience of working with educational institutions – students as well as staff. Our focus areas also include gender equality planning for companies and non-governmental organizations.

Ekvalita is based in Helsinki, but works all across Finland as well as abroad. Our primary working language is Swedish, but we provide services also in English and Finnish.
